Job Summary: Local Real Estate Team is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of various social media platforms. They will also have an interest in Real Estate , Design and Home Styling. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all relevant platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage all social media channels.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong video content skills, creating reels and videos.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Local to Main Line Area of Philadelphia Suburbs to meet in person with the team regularly
